An organization that respects and who coordinates the entire activity according to ethical rigor will “communicate” this basic principle since the start of the recruitment process. Compliance with codes of ethics is critically important for both the organization who are looking for new employees, and its partners (clients and candidates). Besides the respect of legislative requirements in force, the organization has to guide the recruitment process based on other basic principles such as honesty, integrity, fairness, social responsibility etc. Thus, these procedures should be based on objective and non-discriminatory principles to be found in every stage of analysis candidates.
